Definition of Discipleship
Discipleship means helping people follow Jesus in every area of life. We equip believers to:
- Be firmly grounded in the Word of God
- Live fully in their identity in Christ
- Walk in the reality of the Kingdom of God
- Be led by the Holy Spirit

Discipleship Phases
Phase 1: Knowing God (Introduction)
- Themes: The Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit, the Kingdom of God, and surrendering to Jesus as King.
Phase 2: Following Jesus (The Beginning of Discipleship)
- Speaking in tongues
- Hearing God’s voice
- Living from the resources of the Kingdom
- Practicing obedience to Jesus
Phase 3: Serving (Leadership Development)
- Embracing responsibility
- Walking in God-given authority
- Once they have learned the 40 principles (Follow and Disciple), they can be trained as leaders. After completing their training as disciples, they are equipped for leadership responsibilities (Serve). The final phase of training lasts 1–2 years.
